It was clean.

The hotel manager was amazing. I stopped and got a room there due to inclement weather. Bad snow storm and roads were hazardous. He went out of his way to make sure the snow in front of the door was shoveled so I wouldn't fall. Then when my room key wouldn't work he ran back to the office to get his master key then when that wouldn't work, due to the card reader being too cold, he ran back to his office to get a manual key. He made sure I got in my room safely. It was, by far, the best experience I've had at any hotel. I haven't had that great of an experience at classier hotel chains. Would definitely recommend this facility. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Clean, quiet, safe room within 1/2 mile of entertainment. I accidentally left a clothing item in the room; they kept the item safe for me to I pick it up.

Room/parking/hosts/location were fine. Hosts were not friendly, but not rude. Location was perfect for our needs which was why I chose this hotel. The linens were clean although not abundant. For the room and minimal amenities, the fee was acceptable with the exception noted on "what I didn't like" below.

We weren't sure about if there was a breakfast or not but opted to go out. There were no tissues and only 2 towels. Bed was ok. We were so tired we didn't notice much else.
